Full-service representation is always our standard.  What can vary is how we approach your home search when buying, or the level of selling support, such as home prep and staging.  Another example is when a buyer and seller have reached a verbal agreement on their own, but need it in writing.  We can do that for a reduced or flat fee.  We also offer complimentary services, including a home valuation after an owner passes, updated market analyses, and guidance on value-add strategies.
